Privacy notice

This short notice applies when you fill in either of the two forms on the Társas360 website: the "Have your say" opinion form, or the "Get help" report form.

What data we process

Opinion form: your answers to the questions (e.g. who you are, your biggest frustration, which promise matters to you, what interests you), and — if you provide it — your contact details (email or phone number), which you give voluntarily so we can get in touch.

Get-help form: the building's address (at least city and district), the text of your report, and your contact details (email or phone number), which are required so we can reply.

Why we process it

We process opinion-form answers to understand your views on the planned service, and — if you consented — to contact you about your feedback or the pre-launch process.

We process get-help submissions so we can reply in writing within 24 hours: what you can do, what the law allows, and how to call an extraordinary general meeting. This is general guidance, not legal representation.

How long we keep it

For a maximum of 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

We don't share your data with any third party.

How to request deletion
